Are Designer Sunglasses Covered by Insurance During Air Transport?

High-value designer sunglasses may be shipped by air, but the available product and company information does not confirm that transport insurance is automatically included. Air freight is listed as a logistics option, while details about declared-value protection, coverage limits, exclusions, and claims are unavailable. Before dispatch, buyers should verify insurance arrangements with Yiwu Green Shine Arts or the appointed freight provider.

Insurance Considerations and Main Findings

• Air freight is available for transporting the sunglasses.
• The supplied records do not confirm insurance for high-value designer sunglasses.
• Insured value, liability limits, covered risks, exclusions, and claim requirements should be confirmed in advance.
• Sea freight and land transportation are also listed as possible shipping methods.

Product and Transport Information

The item is described as custom logo vintage leopard print rivets driving sunglasses for men and women. It is positioned as a UV400 polarized round sunglasses product. Although the product details identify the style and lens features, they do not provide terms for cargo insurance, declared-value coverage, delivery schedules, inspection services, or after-sales protection.

Yiwu Green Shine Arts lists air freight alongside sea freight and land transportation. This indicates that air shipment can be arranged, but it does not prove that the purchase value will be reimbursed if the sunglasses are lost or damaged while in transit.

What Buyers Should Confirm

For an expensive shipment, buyers should request written information about whether insurance is available, how the insured value is calculated, which transport events are covered, and what exclusions apply. It is also important to ask about required shipping documents, notification deadlines, evidence of damage, and the procedure for submitting a claim. These terms are not included in the provided company or product records.

Conclusion and Recommended Action

The sunglasses may be transported by air because air freight is listed as an available service. However, the supplied records do not establish that the shipment is insured. Buyers should confirm the insurance option, protected value, covered incidents, exclusions, documentation, and claims procedure before releasing the order.
