KODEST Coating Curing

KODEST Coating Curing

Handling method: Hot air radiation convection;

Time: 25-30 minutes;

Processing temperature: 175~185 ℃ (substrate surface temperature);

Purpose: To crosslink and cure the coating at a certain temperature to achieve the desired physical properties of the coating;

Testing method: Use acetone wiping method, immerse degreased cotton or gauze in acetone, rub back and forth on the cured electrophoretic coating (with a force of about 1kg) for 10 times, observe whether there is any color sticking on the degreased cotton or gauze, and whether there is any loss of gloss or discoloration on the coating surface. If there is no, it is qualified.
