Before importing a complete sunroom system, verify more than the product price and appearance. Review the supplier's technical documents, material specifications, coating options, and accessories to ensure they describe the entire system rather than only the main frame.
Confirm whether the aluminum profiles are made from 6063-T5 aluminum and whether their thickness falls within the required 1.6–3.0 mm range. Check that the selected color and finish are clearly documented, including powder coating or fluorocarbon coating options. The system should also meet applicable local building standards and include inspection records or other quality documentation.
Clarify delivery conditions, packaging, installation requirements, and final acceptance procedures before placing an order. You should also confirm customs documentation, import duties, product classifications, and any certificates required by the destination country.
Finally, review payment terms, warranty coverage, replacement procedures, and after-sales support. A detailed contract should identify responsibilities for missing accessories, installation defects, transit damage, and compliance issues. These checks help reduce delays, unexpected costs, and disputes after the complete sunroom system arrives.
