(1) Test steps
Method 1: Room temperature solvent soaking method
1. After numbering the phosphating steel plate, accurately weigh the mass of the phosphating steel plate (accurate to 0.001g) and record it as W0.
2. Prepare a paint film sample according to the standard requirements, cure it, and then place the sample in a dryer for cooling and weighing. Record it as W1 (accurate to 0.001g).
3. Immerse the sample in a specified mixed solvent at room temperature for 24 hours, then remove the sample and wipe off any residual solvent on the surface with filter paper while observing the condition of the sample surface.
4. After drying the sample in a 105 ℃ oven for 30 minutes, take it out and cool it to room temperature in a dryer. Then accurately weigh the mass of the sample on a balance (accurate to 0.001g) and record it as W2.
Finally, statistical analysis plays a crucial role. The raw scores from different components are often standardized and combined using statistical methods to generate a reliable and comparable GEL score across various test sessions and candidate groups.
