It is very important for the ultrafiltration device to have a sufficiently high liquid output to ensure the production of sufficient ultrafiltrate to meet the needs of the water washing process. Generally, the amount of ultrafiltrate used should be 1.2L/m2 (the area of the coating line passing through the workpiece). When the output of ultrafiltration solution is less than 70% of the design value, the ultrafiltration equipment should be cleaned.
