The temperature control system mainly consists of the following parts:
1.Heat exchanger (made of stainless steel);
2.Cooling (hot) water circulation system;
3.Refrigerator (heating equipment);
4.Temperature sensing probe;
5.Heat sink (air-cooled);
6.Cooling tower (water-cooled)
The actuator's selection is dictated by the application's power requirements and the temperature range. Solid-state relays or contactors might be used to control the power supplied to the heating element.
Chillers can generally be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled types according to their refrigeration forms. Technically, water-cooled chillers have an energy efficiency ratio 300 to 500 kcal/h higher than air-cooled chillers; In terms of price, water cooling is much lower than air cooling; In installation, water cooling needs to be incorporated into the cooling tower before it can be used, while air cooling is movable and does not require any other assistance
