1. 3. Solid materials: The tested sample should be placed on the test template, soaked in about 2ml of isopropanol for about 10 seconds, and then taken to the tested sample for direct spray plate testing after the solvent evaporates completely;

2. Swimming board method:
2. 1. Oil and grease: Add 5-100ppm samples separately, stir for 10-20 minutes, and then proceed with plate electrophoresis;
2. 2. Solid substances or parts: Soak in electrophoretic solvent for about 10 minutes, then add the solvent to the bath, stir for 10-20 minutes, and proceed with plate electrophoresis;
