Particles generated during electrophoresis process

1 Phenomenon
On the surface of the electrophoretic coating after drying, there are rough and hard particles or visible small blisters, which are often more severe in the horizontal plane than in the vertical plane of the coated material. These paint film defects are called particles.
2 Causes
1) The pH value of the tank solution is too high, and alkaline substances are mixed in, causing instability of the tank solution and resin precipitation or coagulation.
2) There are sedimentation "dead corners" and exposed metal areas in the groove.
3) The cleaning solution after electrophoresis is dirty and has a high paint content, resulting in poor filtration.
4) The surface of the object being coated and the lifting equipment entering are not clean, and the water washing after phosphating is poor.
5) During the drying process, granular dirt falls on the surface.
6) The coating environment is dirty.
7) Poor dissolution of paint or resin supply, with particles
